Custom Magnet Policy

Because all of our magnets are custom-made, we want to make sure every order is exactly as you want it. Please review your photos, artwork, and any personalization carefully before submitting your order. If you realize you made an error, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. 

  • No Refunds for Customer Errors: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for mistakes made by the customer, such as uploading the wrong image, cropping incorrectly, or providing incorrect information.

  • Our Mistakes: If an error occurs on our side—such as a printing mistake or damaged product during production—I will gladly remake your magnet and ship it to you at no additional cost.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage double-checking all details to ensure your custom magnets come out perfect!

Processing Time

All orders are hand made with care and take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way!

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its progress.

I ship within the U.S. only.

📬 Changes to Your Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to make a change, email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped, and we won’t be able to make any changes. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
